1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and governorates across Egypt including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Mansoura, Tanta, Zagazig, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez, Damietta, Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, and Aswan. For remote areas, additional delivery charges may apply.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within major cities and 2-5 business days for other areas. Same-day delivery is available in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Express delivery (next day) is available for most areas with additional charges.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery on orders over 200 EGP within major cities. Standard delivery charges: 15 EGP for orders under 200 EGP. Same-day delivery: 25 EGP additional charge. Express delivery: 20 EGP additional charge. Remote area delivery: 30-50 EGP depending on location.
4. Special Handling
Fresh flowers and perishable items require special handling and are delivered within 24 hours of preparation. Temperature-controlled delivery is used for chocolates and delicate items during hot weather. Fragile items are packaged with extra care and protective materials.
5. Delivery Process
You will receive SMS and email notifications when your order is confirmed, prepared, and out for delivery. Our delivery team will contact you 30 minutes before arrival. If you're not available, we will attempt redelivery the next business day at no extra charge.
6. Order Tracking
Track your order in real-time through our website or mobile app. You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Live GPS tracking is available for same-day and express deliveries.
7. Delivery Instructions
Please provide clear delivery instructions including building number, floor, and any access codes. For surprise deliveries, ensure the recipient will be available at the specified time. We can coordinate with building security or reception for office deliveries.
8. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for multiple failed attempts. Orders will be held for 48 hours before being returned to our facility.
